Lillian Reynolds has been involved with real estate for 10+ years and property management for 7. She is a leading agent
in Midland, and is dedicated to her clients! She works with several investors, and relocation companies, and is the
main “owner” contact in the company. She enjoys time with friends and family and traveling.
Kendra Meadows » Property Manager, Owner
Kendra has been a licensed agent for 8 years and has been involved in the company for 7. She has several return clients
that continue to use and support her business because of her tenacity and work ethic. She is the “bank” and handles
most of the day to day business involved in the company. She enjoys spending time with her husband and local car
shows, and the lake.
Kaily Richardson » Property Manager, Owner
Kaily has been a licensed agent for 7 years and joined the team in the start up process of the business. She enjoys the
negotiation process in real estate and working with clients to help them make the right move! She is in charge of the
repairs process, and paying vendors. She is actively involved in horses and barrel racing, and enjoys spending time
outdoors riding and roping.
